Building a rocket is fantastic! Are you interested in how it launches? Rocket Fly Day gives members an opportunity to launch a rocket they have build. Remember, you must be enrolled in the model rocketry project in order to participate. Rocket Fly Day is open to 4-H members, Cloverbuds cannot enter into this contest. The age divisions in all contests will be: Junior (8-10), Intermediate (11-13), and Senior (14-18). The top winners in each category can advance to the State 4-H Contest.
When members enter the model rocketry class in the Weld County Fair, they are automatically signed up for Rocket Fly Day.
