Leadership Development Conference is held in January each year in Denver. Members 14-18 years old can attend. Leadership Development Conference (LDC) is open to Senior Members and Leaders. At the conference, there will be six workshops, District Meetings, Senate Meeting, a banquet and a dance.
If you are interested in attending LDC, please let Teresa know at tjohnson@weld.gov or 970-400-2070 know by Monday, December 29, 2025 so we can get you registered through 4-H Online. You must be enrolled through 4-H Online for the 2025-2026 4-H Year.
