Leadership Development Conference is held in January each year in Denver. Members 14-18 years old can attend. Highlights include a community service project with the Colorado State 4-H Officers, banquet and awards presentation, think-tank meetings, a dance and movie. There is an opportunity to tour the State Capitol and attend 4-H Day at the Capitol where the legislature will issue the Proclamation for Colorado 4-H Day.
