4-H Record Book Interviews

4-H members with livestock (breeding or market beef, dairy cattle, breeding or market goats, breeding or market poultry, breeding or market rabbits, breeding or market sheep, breeding or market swine or horse) projects will go through an interview process as a prerequisite to show at the 2026 Weld County Fair and Southeast Weld County Fair. At the time of the interviews, members must present to the interviewer an up-to-date record book for each project that you are going to show.

4-H Members will only have to interview one time, regardless of the number of livestock and/or horse projects taken. Interviews are expected to take about 20 minutes.

Beginning June 1st, 4-H members will be able to sign up for an interview time by going online to the 4-H Scheduler in the Bulletin Board.

All 4-H Record Book Interviews must be completed by June 26th.  If you are not able to sign up for an interview at one of the five locations, you will need to sign up for a virtual interview June 17th-19th.  View the Virtual Interview requirements.

If you have any questions contact Larry at (970) 400-2093.
