Judy Stevens was a 45 year leader who believed in youth. She loved to see the members grow as individuals, whatever their projects may be. She encouraged members to help each other. In honor of Judy and her commitment to 4-H, there has been a Judy Stevens "Making the Best Better" Leadership Award. Any member can be nominated for this award by anyone within the program. This is designed to recognize that individual who has gone above and beyond to make 4-H the best experience for others.
