Grant Purposes

Youth Grant funds must be used only to pay the expenses associated with a MARKET OR BREEDING BEEF project. This is a grant, and will not be repaid.

• May be used for Market or Breeding Beef project only in 2025/2026.
• Buy livestock, seed, equipment and supplies
• Buy, rent or repair needed tools and equipment
• Pay operating expenses for the project

Applicant Requirements

In addition to the items listed for project requirements, Youth Grant applicants also must:

• Must be a current (2025/2026) Weld County 4-H member in good standing.
• Must provide the information and listed documents attached to this form.
• Must submit required documents prior to grant being issued
• Must submit an end of project year summery, no later than 10/1/2026
