Horse Judging

Develop an eye for horses and understand what exactly goes on in the show ring.

Workouts generally start in January or February.

The State Horse Judging Contest is held in Fort Collins in conjunction with the State 4-H Conference in June.

There are opportunities for members of top placing teams to travel to national level contests.

List of Horse Judging Dates: February 18, February 25, March 4 - Virtual, March 11, March 25, April 1, April 8, April 15, April 22, April 29, May 6, May 13, May 20, May 27,and June 3. All practices are in the 4-H Building, 527 N. 15th Avenue, Greeley at Island Grove unless noted otherwise.
