Weld County 4-H Leader's Council

Leader’s Council meets the first Tuesday of all even month (except for August and October) at 7:00 p.m. in the Exhibition Building. We encourage all volunteer leaders to attend the meetings!

Two of the Council’s objectives are:

Section 1.  The mission of this council is to be a forum that brings 4-H leaders and parents together to promote, support, educate and share experience with one another within the 4-H program.

Section 2.  The objective is to assist leaders in helping 4-H youth acquire knowledge, develop life skills and form attitudes that will enable them to become self-directed, contributing & productive members of society.

Leader’s Council is also responsible for the planning and running of the Food Booth, known as Happy Days Cafe, during fair. Proceeds from the Happy Days Cafe go towards scholarships, conference support, club support, and hardship membership dues, just to name a few. We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming meetings.
